We needed to have sliding doors installed and replace 4 windows that were damaged when our house flooded during Florence. The sliding doors look great, hence the 2 stars, but I’m very disappointed with Window World’s inability to inform us that the grids in the windows we ordered would not match those in our existing windows. All of our existing windows and new sliding doors have square lites that are 3 across while the new windows have rectangular lites that are 4 across. Their excuse was that the computer automatically generated the number of lites going down/across. Thousands of dollars spent on these mismatched windows and their solution is for us to spend an additional $1300 to get new grids that will more closely match the ones we have.
